Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Camden & Wells and the consumer. Camden & Wells reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Product Information and Offers
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing differences. Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds. All offers are non-binding and Camden & Wells reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, suspected fraud, abuse, or product unavailability.
Pricing and Import Duties
All prices are shown in the selected currency and exclude any import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, or local taxes that may be charged by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the full responsibility of the customer. Camden & Wells is not liable for delays, costs, or returns caused by customs or import procedures. Prices are subject to typographical errors, and Camden & Wells is not obligated to honor incorrect pricing.
Order Acceptance and Payment
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent. Camden & Wells reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified, if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if the order violates these Terms.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within the stated handling time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond the control of Camden & Wells and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible: The request must be submitted by email within the return period. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected. If the item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or is not in original condition, a partial refund or rejection may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds are not accepted for: Used, worn, or damaged items caused by the customer Hygiene or personal items where the seal has been broken Items returned outside the return period Orders refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs charges Minor variations in color, size, or appearance that do not affect functionality
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Camden & Wells at info@camden-wells.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer support may be considered a violation of these Terms. Camden & Wells reserves the right to provide order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication records, and return policy acceptance as evidence to the payment provider. In cases of fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the return policy, Camden & Wells reserves the right to refuse future orders and pursue recovery of losses where permitted by law.
Warranty and Defective Items
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days and provide clear photo or video evidence. Camden & Wells will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling are not covered.
Order Refusal and Account Restrictions
Camden & Wells reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts in cases of suspected fraud, excessive refund behavior, policy abuse, or high dispute activity.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted by email with a clear description of the issue. Camden & Wells will respond within 14 days.
Force Majeure
Camden & Wells is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, or technical failures.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international consumer and e-commerce laws. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court as required by applicable law.
