Order Cancellation
Orders are processed automatically and immediately after confirmation. For this reason, order cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order has been placed. If the order has already been shipped, it must first be delivered before a return request can be submitted.

Return Eligibility
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: The request must be approved in advance by our customer support team The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories The return shipment must include a valid tracking number The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Return Procedure
To request a return, contact info@camden-wells.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, and photo or video evidence if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the sender address on the package may be refused. The return must be shipped within 14 days after approval. The customer remains responsible for the shipment until it is received.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. If the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition, a partial refund or rejection may apply. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds are not accepted for: Used, worn, or damaged items caused by the customer Hygiene or personal-use items where the seal has been broken Personalized or custom-made products Items returned outside the return period Orders refused at delivery Packages returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees Minor variations in color, size, or appearance that do not affect functionality

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. Camden & Wells will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Delivery Responsibility
An order is considered delivered once the tracking information shows successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Camden & Wells is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly in such cases. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for a full refund.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address details, or failure to collect from a pickup point, any return shipping, handling, or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund. In some cases, such packages may not be eligible for a refund.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Camden & Wells is not responsible for delays, charges, or returns caused by customs procedures.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Camden & Wells at info@camden-wells.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions. Camden & Wells reserves the right to provide order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and policy acceptance as evidence to the payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order refusal, account restriction, and recovery of losses where permitted by law.

Camden & Wells reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive return behavior, policy abuse, or high dispute activity.
