Visual Designer (Remote)

We're looking for a creative Visual Designer who can help shape the look and feel of Camden & Wells.

What you'll do Create visuals for our website (banners, product pages, collections) Design creatives for ads, email campaigns, and social media Keep our visual style clean, consistent, and professional Work closely with our marketing team on launches and new products Help improve and evolve the brand's visual identity

What we're looking for Strong eye for design and detail Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools Experience with e-commerce or ads is a big plus Someone who works independently and takes ownership Portfolio required

Customer Experience Specialist (Remote)

At Camden & Wells, customer experience is everything. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems in a friendly and professional way.

What you'll do Answer customer emails and order questions Help with returns, shipping updates, and general support Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Work with our team to improve the overall customer experience

What we're looking for Strong written English Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented mindset Experience with customer service or e-commerce is a plus Organized and able to work independently
