Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase amount is required.
Direct Shipping
Orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and efficient global delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take several days to update after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking link.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Camden & Wells is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees or refused at delivery will not be refunded.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Camden & Wells is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping costs may apply. If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but it cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly. Camden & Wells is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Force Majeure and Carrier Delays
Camden & Wells is not liable for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events.
